Received your order buy need to process a return or exchange? We'd love to assist you with that!
Returns
We will return items for up to 30 days from the originial order date.
The item(s) must be in the condition in which it was shipped (new items with tags removed will not be accepted)
Item(s) must be in originial BabyOutitter packaging.
Simply include your packing slip so we can identify the correct oder/customer.
Can't find the packing slip? Contact us at customerservice@babyoutfitter.com and we'll email you what you need.
Customer is responsible for return shipping on returns (we suggest padded envlopes, first class postage for smaller returns 1-2 items).
Once your Item(s) is/are received by BabyOutfitter, you will be notified via email.
Your refund is Issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We will exchange items for up to 30 days from the original order date.
The item(s) must be in the condition in which it was shipped (new items with tags removed will not be accepted)
Item(s) must be in originial BabyOutitter packaging.
Email us at customerservice@babyoutfitter.com and just let us known which item(s) you would like to exchange and what item(s) you'd like to purchase instead.
BabyOutfitter will refund shipping fees for exchanges (we suggest padded envelopes, first class postage for smaller returns 1-2 items) not to excceed the original shipping fee
on the order. In the event of free shipping, customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Once we've received your item(s), we'll package up the new selections(s) and have it on it's way!
